This Privacy Policy explains how Jesiah Rodriguez (“Tempo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and membership (the “Service”). By using Tempo, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Tempo is an online membership offering self-paced educational programs, peer community, co-working (“focus”) rooms, and an AI coaching assistant for adults with ADHD. 2. Information we collect

• Account information — your first name, email address, and password (passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text).
• Onboarding details — optional information you share, such as “where you’re most stuck,” to personalize your experience.
• Subscription & billing — your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
• Usage data — your progress through lessons and programs, and basic activity within the Service.
• AI coach conversations — messages you send to the AI coach, which are processed by our AI provider to generate responses.
• Email engagement — whether onboarding or transactional emails are delivered and opened.
• Technical data — limited information such as device/browser type and essential cookies needed to keep you logged in.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service (log you in, show your library, track progress).
• To process your subscription and payments.
• To power the AI coach and personalize your experience.
• To send you essential account, billing, and onboarding emails.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share data only with vendors that help us run Tempo, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and backend functions.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• OpenAI (or our then-current AI provider) — to generate AI coach responses.
• Resend — to send transactional and onboarding emails.
• Netlify — to host the website.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users or the public.

5. Sensitive topics & the AI coach

Conversations with the AI coach may touch on personal struggles. The AI coach is an automated tool, can be inaccurate, and is not a clinician. Please avoid sharing information you would not want processed by an AI provider, and never rely on it for medical, legal, or crisis decisions. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you securely logged in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email JesiaRodriguez03@gmail.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. For residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK (GDPR), these rights apply as described in those laws; our legal bases include performing our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating the Service.

9. Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers, encryption in transit, and row-level access controls so that each member’s data is only accessible to them. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Children

Tempo is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

Tempo is operated from New Jersey, United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may be communicated by email.
