These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Jesiah Rodriguez (“Tempo,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tempo. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.
Tempo offers self-paced educational programs, a peer community, co-working (“focus”) rooms, downloadable templates, and an AI coaching assistant designed to help adults with ADHD build practical systems and momentum. Tempo is an educational and coaching product only. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in the Service should be treated as such.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
New members are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Tempo isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Outside the guarantee window, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, email JesiaRodriguez03@gmail.com.
To keep Tempo safe and supportive, you agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of what you post (e.g., community messages). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the Service so we can operate the community. You’re responsible for what you share.
Tempo’s programs, lessons, templates, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal use as a member. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.
The AI coach is an automated assistant that can produce inaccurate or incomplete information. It is not a substitute for professional advice and is provided “as is.” Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or crisis decisions. You are responsible for how you use its output.
The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Netlify, and video/community tools). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempo and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tempo harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Tempo and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other members.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date; material changes may be communicated by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by law.
